Sick Populations is a blog by Tom Yates, a British doctor with an interest in epidemiology and population health. He divides his time between London and KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. The blog’s title comes from a classic Geoffrey Rose paper, which Tom thinks is brilliant. He took the photo above at a Treatment Action Campaign protest in 2006.
